SENSOR, THN132/BOXW REMOTE THERMO

Rating : - Worked fine for about 1 year or so
This is the same remote sensor that came with an Oregon Scientific weather station given to me at Xmas. It worked great for alittle over one year mounted outside. Then one day it stopped sending signals reguardless how many times I reset the base station or forced a remote search. I even tried new batteries without any luck. The red LED lights up sometimes indicating that it is sending signals but without any visable activity at the base station.
Eventualy I ended up buying a new Oregon Scientific system with a new remote sensor. I did try linking this remote sensor up to the new station, also no luck. Not positive but there may be an internal failure.
